Smoked Short Ribs with Peach Jam

The sun is out, summer is here so there is no better time to crank up the grill. Let’s elevate your rib grilling game by throwing on bone-in short ribs. Garnish with your favorite peach jam right off the grill on to your plate to give the ribs a little sweet and savory flare. The combination of the ribs with a peach jam will throw a southern, summer spin on your next family dinner!!






Ingredients

  • 9 Bone-In Beef Short Ribs

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

  • 4 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce, divided

  • 8 oz. Pilsner Beer

  • 4 Tablespoons of Butter

  • Black Pepper

  • Dry Beef Rub

  • Peach Jam


Instructions


  • Add Olive Oil and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce to the short ribs. Massage the marinade into the meat. For the flavors to completely absorb throughout the meat refrigerate overnight.

  • Preheat grill to 225 degrees.

  • While the grill is preheating remove the short ribs from the marinade liberally seasoning with black pepper and your favorite dry beef rub..

  • Place on the grill to cook for 2 hours.

  • After 2 hours lightly spray the short ribs with cooking spray cooking for an additional 2 hours..

  • Remove ribs from grill increasing the grill temperature to 275 degrees.

  • Transfer ribs into an aluminum pan pouring over 8 ounces of your favorite pilsner beer along with 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce topping with 4 tablespoons of butter.

  • Cook for another 2 hours.

  • Plate short ribs garnished with your go to Peach Jam

  • Enjoy!
